OBNOXIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHEN I COMPLAINED SERVICE MANAGER CHRIS TOLD 'ME' THAT I HAD AN ATTITUDE. HIS CLOWN BOY WHEN I TOLD HIM I COULD NOT GET KEY OUT OF IGNITION, THUS STUCK TOLD ME TO 'FIDDLE WITH MANAGER CHRIS TOLD 'ME' THAT I HAD AN ATTITUDE. HIS CLOWN BOY WHEN I TOLD HIM I COULD NOT GET KEY OUT OF IGNITION, THUS STUCK TOLD ME TO 'FIDDLE WITH IT' AND REFUSED TO CHECK WITH OTHERS FOR HELP. CHRIS ALSO TOLD ME THAT THE MONEY I OVER PAID FOR GAS WOULD NOT BE REFUNDED AS HE DIDN'T LIKE MY ATTITUDE. NOT EXACTLY AN ASTUTE LEGAL POSITION, BUT THEN AGAIN WITH A LOW IQ ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. I had a horrible experience.I went for tire service and I had a horrible experience. I went for tire service and didn't want to replace yet, just asked the man in charge to fix and then I would take to my service guys at Findlay Toyota , but of course when I spoke with ROY from the services department he, as a sales man, not even caring for the clients need, just told me it was impossible, which I know it was a lie. I ended up having to change it, I really hope this sale was worth for him, no wonder why that service is empty, with people like this ROY working there, an opportunist, taking advantage of other peoples situation. If you ever think of going there just RUN its not worth it. Go to Findlay Toyota at there Auto mall, that place is always packed, honest and caring people work there. My guy and angel is Brandon W. There, I feel they really care for me and he has never lied like that xxxx piece of nothing ROY. More

I CALLED THIS MORNING TO GET A PRICE QUOTE FOR A FULL SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE AND I WAS TOLD IT WAS $70 AND SOME CHANG 2 YEAR SERVICE HAVE BEEN EXPIRED. I CALLED THIS MORNING TO GET A PRICE QUOTE FOR A FULL SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE AND I WAS TOLD IT WAS $70 AND SOME CHANGE. SO I TOLD THE SERVICE ADVISOR THAT I WILL CALL BACK TO SET UP THE APPOINTMENT BECAUSE I REALIZED I HAVE AN EXTENDED 3 FREE OIL CHANGE “RECEIPT” UNTIL 2023 THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME AS A PEACE OFFERING FROM THE RUDEST PERSON IN FINANCE DEPARTMENT, JOHNNY, WHO TRICKED ME WITH THE CONTRACT WHEN I PURCHASED MY CAR BACK IN 2018. I JUST NEEDED TO MAKE SURE I CAN FIND IT. I CALLED BACK AND SPOKE TO THE SAME SERVICE ADVISOR TO SET UP THE APPOINTMENT AND I MENTIONED TO HIM ABOUT THE “RECEIPT” FOR THE FREE OIL CHANGE. I ASKED HIM DO I NEED TO BRING IT WITH ME AS A PROOF WHEN I COME IN FOR MY APPOINTMENT, THEN HE TOLD ME, “NO YOU DON’T HAVE TO. I CAN PULL THAT ONE UP ON MY COMPUTER. Recently went to Autonation Toyota in Las Vegas, I had a few different vehicles in mind to test drive. I wanted to drive a CH-R, Camry, Honda Accord and a Volkswagen GLI. I pull up to the Toyota dealership, few different vehicles in mind to test drive. I wanted to drive a CH-R, Camry, Honda Accord and a Volkswagen GLI. I pull up to the Toyota dealership, excited to get my first glimpse inside the new Camry and I had to flag down a salesman, I’m standing by a dark blue CH-R limited which was first in the line, the salesman asked what I was looking for and I explained, anything would be better then the 2020 KIA Soul I currently have.. the salesman then said. “How much do you owe on your car” I told him and the first thing he said was, your going to be upside down, and then snidely commented, this won’t work, you won’t be able to get any financing. Mind you, has zero clue of my financial situation, no clue that I have a 820 credit score which I actively monitor. He had no clue that I own my own small business and already made 120,000.00 this year. I asked him to please get the keys for the CH-R I was standing by so I could start it and see the inside. He left, walked inside and a few minutes later had his hands in the air with the clicker, walked just close enough to unlock it and then disappeared inside. Didnt ever come back to talk to me, was never seen again. I am absolutely appalled! I am flabbergasted to have been treated with such absolute disrespect, this is something you imagine to happen at the rolls Royce or porche dealership (though, it shouldn’t happen anywhere) i will say, Christian Sanchez who ended up helping me, was a great salesman. Though I have ultimately decided, I will never purchase a vehicle from Autonation.. really sad considering this was a referral from my cousin who spent many years as sales manager for Autonation in Dallas Texas.. way to go guys! We bought our fourth Toyota from Autonation Las Vegas due to recommendation by a friend. We used to buy our Toyotas from Findlay Toyota at Henderson (2014 and 2015 Sienna, and 2018 RAV4). All those three Toyotas, we were able to haggle them out the door on the low MSRP price after all of the discounts and Toyota deal before the tax, destination, and documentations fees with zero financing. We have excellent credit above 800 but didn't get a good deal. The salesperson got us to pay for the high MSRP. Even with the Toyota rebate of $1250 and Autonation discount, we end up paying $33500 with 5.05% for 60 months if we finish the loan. The breakdown of the sales, including tax were not explained thoroughly. The rebate was included in the selling price to be taxed. Instead of having a good deal, we ended up with a lemon and bad experience with Autonation. We will not buy again in the future nor recommend them to friends and family. We will be going back to Findlay or will try DW Toyota next time. More

I sent him the Toyota site link that was still saying $21k in which he said he was going to talk with the GM to see if it could be honored or what could be worked out. That rep texts me about an hour later saying nothing could be done and it was $31k if I wanted to purchase it. Not to mention he's emailed me 5 times today and sent me other Sienna models available to purchase. I then reach out to Toyota corp who files a complaint and said a retention manager will contact me. I couple hours later a sales manager calls me and basically said it was a pricing error that they have no control over, it happens often and they can't honor anything. I told her I still want to speak with the GM and am waiting for that call. It just seems like they use the lower prices to bring people to the dealership to make sales on higher priced cars.
