Schedule a simple oil change and still have to wait over 2 hours is unacceptable. This could have been a positive experience, but the service department messed up my vehicle they incorrectly leveled the truck and gave me a truck with the front end sitting higher than the rear end, m service department messed up my vehicle they incorrectly leveled the truck and gave me a truck with the front end sitting higher than the rear end, my obviously inexperienced service advisor Johnathan tried to tell me it was because of the gas tank. I left multiple messages for the service manager to call me and I was ignored. The pushy finance department pushed a bogus extended warranty on me and tried to make it sound like the car had no warranty without it, and to make matters worse it’s only useable at Autonation. At the very end my truck was sitting in the parking lot and there was no delivery, I had to find it myself and then go home snd figure out how to operate everything. It cost me 1800.00 to have the front suspension fixed snd realigned due to the micky mouse work the service department did.
