When I returned to the dealership to inquire more about what the experience was like and what I had signed for, Jonathan was further agitated and expressed his frustration that I was trying to understand. It is unreasonable for a person to sign a contract when they have questions about the content. Jonathan's demeanor was arrogant and dismissive. He lacked fundamental skills of customer service, and couldn't care less about my experience with your dealership. More
