I have been looking into a new car for a few weeks now and most places just wanted me to fill out a credit application except Mitchell at AutoNation Toyota. Horrible service, lied to me when we first signed up for warranty that we’d be covered for replacement of tires and the basic maintenance of the truck. Took my truck in just to be told I’m only covered for warranty that we’d be covered for replacement of tires and the basic maintenance of the truck. Took my truck in just to be told I’m only covered for an oil change and that’s it. Once my vehicle was ready no once calls you up, horrible waiting area. This Toyota is probably the worst I’ve been to. More
