Do not do business with AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas. They wanted to charge me over $3600 to have a button replaced, fix my screen, and fix my glove box latch. Felicia at the service center gave me a quo They wanted to charge me over $3600 to have a button replaced, fix my screen, and fix my glove box latch. Felicia at the service center gave me a quote of $305 to fix my glovebox, which seemed fair and reasonable. I have the quote in writing via text message. I had an appointment at 7am but did not receive any information about costs and potential repairs till 2pm. After I agreed to move forward with fixing my glove box and declining the other outrageous quotes to have cosmetic repairs done, I was told by Felicia that she ‘misquoted’ me and that the glove box repair went from $305 to $1026. After I told the representative Felicia that I would not be moving forward but that I’d still pay $43 for a tire cap replacement she told me I’d have to pay almost $200 just for having someone look at my car. It is now 3:30pm and was told I can come pick up my car. Nothing was done and the part I was paying $43 for magically was no longer available. This place is trying to scam you and I do not trust the integrity of the staff. I looked at new cars last week and spoke with someone about potentially buying my car at AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas but after another bad experience at that location I will never do business at AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas and encourage you to do the same. Responding to the Owner that commented on my review asking that I reach out. I did ask Felicia to speak with the manager. She told me she’d let them know. I was then blown off by both Felicia and the manager and then sent a text in all caps that I could pick up my car. Worst customer service experience. The manager had my number and knew I had an issue and that I wanted to speak with them. That was all the proof I needed and again, I will never do business at this location and will encourage everyone I know to do the same. More

I had a wonderful experience with great salesmen where I felt that I could trust. They were kind and patient and very knowledgeable. I had gone twice to Toyota and I didn’t feel pressured which was really n felt that I could trust. They were kind and patient and very knowledgeable. I was glad to have gone to AutoNation at Sahara and shout out to the 2 guys that helped with along the way Oscar and David, great people with a lot of patience because I had a million questions.
