Aleks handled our experience with TLC every step of the way. We did not feel pressured to purchase, rather we were given all the information we needed for this purchase and later allowed to make our decisi way. The GM also came a couple of times to first introduce himself and later, check in on us! Everyone we came in contact with was polite, friendly and always willing to help. The only thing I coould say that needs improvement is to speed up purchase time. We were there for a total of 4 hours and the 1 1/2 hours was spent with finance. More
