The shop did a good job . Horrible service, I got charged 1,790$ to fix my air conditioning and after paying and taking my vehicle it stopped working exactly a month later. When I brought it back they claimed I needed another 3, conditioning and after paying and taking my vehicle it stopped working exactly a month later. When I brought it back they claimed I needed another 3,300$ to fix this “new problem ” after speaking with manager who was no help and extremely rude I took my vehicle elsewhere. Long story short they suck and overcharge for half assed jobs. More

Dropped off my 2022 Highlander for a service they sold me a service I didn’t need. $127.27 dropping off was fine. Fast and friendly But picking up was different. no one would ask if I needed anything. Finall a service I didn’t need. $127.27 dropping off was fine. Fast and friendly But picking up was different. no one would ask if I needed anything. Finally went to cashier got rang up, paid and she told me to go to vehicle pick up. No one there. I waited 10 or 15 minutes asked people walking by and I was ignored. Someone finally came and took my papers. didn’t say a word to me. Pulled up parked the car and left my door open and walked behind my vehicle without one word. That’s not what I’m used to from Toyota. I called and didn’t get much help because I wouldn’t give them the name of my service rep. He was fine and I had no complaint with him. Frustrated and won’t come back. More
