Loved the sales person Frank & his assistant who showed us every detail of the car. LOVED them! However, 5 hours was exhausting & unnecessary. We honestly spent over two hours without accomplishing anyth us every detail of the car. LOVED them! However, 5 hours was exhausting & unnecessary. We honestly spent over two hours without accomplishing anything. For having a car preselected & preapproval from TFS, it was very unproductive. Furthermore, we had driven 7 hours from Tucson for this purchase - we we tired. The dealership needs to manage transactions better. BTE, whoever Steve Temeck is, his email correspondence is rude.
