The systems here are confused and make it a chore to get your car serviced. You start with three people parking you then search to find your advisor, no reminder so who knows which is my adviser. When picking up the vehicle, you go to pay only to find out they dont have the bill so, search for the advisor again, then pay, then visit the five valets to get your car who are all busy on their cell phones. Spent 4 hours even with an appointment just for an oil change, tires rotation and supposedly a recall issue. Kevin Grady was the worst, never came to me to give me an update, he was always away from his d change, tires rotation and supposedly a recall issue. I Stopped by a few weeks later because the hubcap of one of my tires was lose. Tatum Garcia helped me this time and she was awsome, updated my number and got me out in minutes.
