Staff is not friendly. I performed an oil change and they did not top up all my fluid especially after I asked. Furthermore, they don’t vacuum or wash your car. Our personal Toyota maintenance representative, Hose Jimenez, Is personally invested in keeping our cars maintained in top shape. Our cars are a 2005 Prius hybrid with 133000 miles and the other is a 2 Jimenez, Is personally invested in keeping our cars maintained in top shape. Our cars are a 2005 Prius hybrid with 133000 miles and the other is a 2006 Hylander hybrid with 235000 miles and both are still going strong thanks to Hose and his personal care of both vehicles. We plan on keeping both until they absolutely die and have nothing left. We both still love to drive them and do not want to get rid of them for a long time. Our goal right now is to get over 300,000 mile on each one. Then who know we might continue to 400,000. More
