I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and other small issues. The porter wrecked my car while I was waiting inside and the service advisor knew about the accident while I was still there but other small issues. It turns out the bumper needed to be replaced which took two weeks and the dealer would not compensate me for the depreciation in value of my car. It took two weeks to repair the bumper. I was told that they would “take care of me” when I purchase a new car but refused to put anything in writing More
