Took my 4Runner in for its first 10,000 mile service. I scheduled an Oil Change and arrived at 7:45am and didn’t leave the dealership till 2:55pm. Over seven hours , not exaggerating, to complete an oil change. Not even the worst part. When I got home I decided to see if fluid levels were topped off. Nope…no coolant put in, washer fluid or break fluid. Not a great experience at all. Dealership explained I have a Dodge Vehicle but they are a Toyota Dealership. I explained y’all sold me the vehicle and the car package and that should not be an excuse. Even tho I still have free oil changes from my car package I bought I still will go elsewhere and PAY. Should be no excuse not taking care of fluid levels. That is extremely dangerous for the vehicle and I will be reporting to BBB about this awful experience! More

I tried to contact your Chinese staff during the after-sales maintenance, but there was no reply. I don’t know the meaning of his existence.
