Overall slow check in my adviser was 15 minutes late for my checkin time and Did not mention it was going to take 2 1/2 hours to do an oil change. I got a report from the service technician about my tires my checkin time and Did not mention it was going to take 2 1/2 hours to do an oil change. I got a report from the service technician about my tires 30 minutes in and it took another two hours to get my car. Seems like a long time for a simple oil change and they didn’t even rotate my tires. More

Almost everything was good. I was very disappointed when I bought an expensive truck and was given only one key. That was ridiculous and I want my second key.
