first and last time using service dept. Poor customer service. Miscommunication with assigned tech. After 6 hours I called to check status of car . Spoke with 2 workers who were not able to give me status of car or not willing to assist. Service dept also forgot to reset the maintenance indicator button. Bad experience would not recommend auto nation toyota. Had appt with Justin but he was running late. Assigned Darlene. conflict of personality between her and me. not a good experience. only positive outcome was that I did not have to pay for oil change More

I had to take my car in for the 1st time for an oil change & regular maintenance & from a previous experience at a Nissan dealership I end up waiting 4-5 hrs! So I figured I would leave it & get a ride change & regular maintenance & from a previous experience at a Nissan dealership I end up waiting 4-5 hrs! So I figured I would leave it & get a ride home well I spoke to the service girl who checked me in & was very polite she said it would only take 1-1 1/2 hrs so I decided to wait for the car. Well I was very impressed because after awhile I received a text with a video of the service man going over what he was doing & showing me that my tires were good & brakes were "healthy" wow, never heard of any dealership doing that! I was out of there in less than 2hrs! This customer is very happy with the service & also the lobby was at a good temperature & not freezing inside. I like that they had a tv & coffee but do wish they would have flavored creamers, maybe some snacks & other drinks but overall it was a very good experience. More
