Marily who was the service writer was great, she explained everything well and kept me updated on the service. The service for oil change and getting a new key FOB cut and programed was completed in explained everything well and kept me updated on the service. The service for oil change and getting a new key FOB cut and programed was completed in a timely manner. The two issues I have are, a lot of grease/oil smudges on the inside of my door and on the center console and the cost of the key FOB and programing charge which was $416.00. I think that is way over priced. Ace Hardware is $189.00 total but they have to order it I needed a key quickly verse thee weeks or so. The price for the oil change was very fare. Marily helped me with a coupon which was very nice. More

My problem was not solved, which is that the transmission makes a noise when I apply reverse, but it does not do it all the time, the problem is that I think they did not carry out a detailed mechanical insp makes a noise when I apply reverse, but it does not do it all the time, the problem is that I think they did not carry out a detailed mechanical inspection, it was only carried out with a scanner, which will not identify that problem More
I was greeted professionally and in a timely manner. Looking at vehicles went well as I knew what I was looking at/for. Once we got to sit down and look at the numbers things got a little ugly. There was no information given to me about the vehicle..I had to ask for it. As well as my questions not being answered. I knew what was a fair pice for the vehicle and they were not wanting to budge..After some time we were able to agree. The sales person and managers were rude and tough to deal with. I was already Pre-Approved with my own lending, and they could not beat it or come close. They kept pushing for me to do a credit app. Again and Again, credit app. I was not going to run my credit again, I was told that they would not deal with me until i filled the application out. Once I stood up and attempted to leave, that go their attention. These managers and sales people need to understand that there are people that do their homework and will not let you walk all over them. My finances and are my business and NOT autonations. I came to buy a vehicle, not discuss my financial well being. I will never shop at this dealership again and I will go out of my way to tell friends and family this. -The sales person could not tell me what the Certified Pre Owned information was. -They charged $399 for window tint that they "supposedly" installed, but was ripped off as per the vehicle history. -I was also told that the deal couldn't be started until I got to the dealership, If that's the case-How was business done during COVID? just nonsense. -I still do not understand why I was asked a multitude of times to fill out a credit application. I was also told that they wanted to check on my "information". At the the of the day these folks are in the people business. They need to be educated that way..Everything is not about MONEY More
