Felt ignored when I pulled in. Had to run around and look for help. Twice. Took longer than I would like to finallly have someone come over and ask what was wrong with car. The guy who did wait on me was friendly and I liked him. I guess I would go back but you need to greet people when they pull in for service. We were provided a written estimate to replace the struts on the cargo lift that were no longer working. This on a 2017 Highlander. We agreed to the repairs and the $1000 and change estimate.
