I tried calling and asking to speak with the GM, I was told they were unavailable. He asked what I needed, I told him what happened to my truck and what you said in this message. He said he would transfer me to David, the head of service, then the phone rang and hung up. I tried calling back and got no answer from option 6 and from I think option 2, which was the service department.

I have tried contacting the general manager and the general sales manager. Left voicemails and messages. Have not been able to get a hold of one of them. It has been a waste of time. Will be letting Autonation corporate know about the tactics this dealership is participating in
