Although I was assigned three different device reps, It took two weeks to receive the necessary parts to complete the repairs. I did receive updates on the repairs to my 2012 Prius. After picking up my automobile, I noticed that the glove box had been gone through and some of my documents were in the floor board. Additionally, I believe that it was necessary for the service technician to access the the hatchback compartment, everything I had was scattered all over the compartment. It was a mess. More
