They replaced my alternator but never put back the engine cover rivets. I recognized it when I washed my car. The rivets were placed under the hood close by the windshield. It was not professional. Also, I spent a thousand for their service but they did not even offer me a car wash. My Camry was totally dirty with all dirt, finger prints and sprinkler's water spots. I wonder if they missed anything else when they did the job. This is just a small issue but rings the bell for the customer's safety and the car's performance. Furthermore, the cost to replace the alternator was overpriced. I did some research as well as called some other dealers but this price was much higher. Because my car wasn't drivable and was towed to this place, so I have no choice. I wasn't happy and satisfied after all. Would not recommend it! More

I was able to trade in my 2007 van for a certified used 2019 Toyota Corolla. They were very efficient. I did not like it when Francisco, who was writing up the paperwork misspelled my name. I called the title clerk at Autonation Toyota-Gulf Freeway yesterday, and had it corrected. I was told I would have a warranty for seven years, yet I read later that it would only be for two years. Not very honest on the part of the dealership. I will see how I am treated in the future at Autonation Toyota Gulf Freeway. More
