I had an appointment Friday 1/23/26 at 9:00 am I arrived to the dealership before 8:45 am, I was told by the person that took my car in and told me that the service and taking care of the recall would take to the dealership before 8:45 am, I was told by the person that took my car in and told me that the service and taking care of the recall would take two and a half hours, over three hours later I went to ask on my car status, and he told me that my car haven’t even been touched because they had lost the keys, that made me really upset, on top of that he told me that the dealership was going to give a loaner but I have to place a credit card and hold $150.00 as deposit, this is insane and made more upset, I still done it because at that time I had wasted my hall day, I wish there was a 0 stars review and post that on the poor customer service care. More

I purchased a new 2026 Toyota Land Cruiser here in November 2025. The purchase experience was not difficult, and the sales representative was very helpful and professional. The only minor issue I ha November 2025. The purchase experience was not difficult, and the sales representative was very helpful and professional. The only minor issue I had with the purchase experience, which was to be expected, was the significant amount of time the sales department spent trying to get me to purchase an extended warranty package after I had committed to purchasing the vehicle. The only other minor issue I had with the purchase experience was, the same day after leaving the lot with the vehicle, one of the exterior body molding panels came loose. I was told I could bring it in for repair under warranty and, if needed, would be given a loaner vehicle while the body molding issue was resolved. I went back about 2 weeks later for the initial servicing (since I had quickly put over 4000 miles on the vehicle) and the body molding repair. That visit was a disaster, and I will not return to this location for maintenance or service work. After showing the technician that checked me in the body molding issue, I later found out that the technician working on the vehicle thought the issue was with the inside door panel, and proceeded to disassemble the panel to try and find an issue. Then, once I pointed out the issue to the actual technician doing the work, he indicated they might be able to fix it, but weren't sure because the body molding was added by the sales department. What should have been a 30-minute repair ended up with me staying for 6 hours, only to leave with no repair. They were confused about what parts to order, but then told me the parts were ordered. I came back several days later for a 7am appointment, only to have the car sit for several hours with no one working on it. Once they started working on the car, it took only a few minutes to fix. And, I was told both times that no loaner could be provided because they only do rentals, and Toyota requires several days to approve a rental. Overall, the maintenance department seemed confused and dishonest. I will not use the maintnenace department here ever again. More
