The technicians leave my car leaking oil after an oil change when I took it back for a check up they said it was nothing. I bought my new 4Runner from here. I take my car here for oil changes. It's more expensive but I wanted to have a record of the services performed on the vehicle. My car has the TRD I take my car here for oil changes. It's more expensive but I wanted to have a record of the services performed on the vehicle. My car has the TRD Pro skid plate on it which is a Toyota part. The way that Toyota designed the skid plate is, you have to take the the plate off to change the oil. Everytime I take my car here they always install the skid plate back on wrong. The first time they reveresed the rear bolts with the front bolts. I changed them back on my own no big deal. This last time, they actually cross threaded one of the bolts! I tried to call the service department and all that happens is I'm either rerouted back to the main menu or I'm put on hold until you get tired of waiting. You spend more money here and they keep assigning trainees to work on your car! How does a Toyota tech not know how to install a Toyota part? More
One of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had with a dealership. They held my car for a month and two weeks without doing anything about it. I could never get a hold of my advisor Mike. Never got a call back from the service manager, after leaving messages on multiple occasions. I had to go in person for them just to tell me that they cant work on my vehicle and had it towed to another autonation. The miscommunication and run around from them is so overwhelming when all your trying to do is get you car fixed. 0 out of 10 do not recommend, unless you are okay with going without a car your paying for.
