It use to be excellent service but it's no longer the same. I've been going there for years. And the reason why I keep on coming back it's because of excellent customer service and the quality of the s same. I've been going there for years. Since I was there waiting for at least 4 hours I wish the person that is assigned to me will update me what's going on. I'm just use to it with the previous service advisors that when they take care of your car and if it takes longer they will update you at least what's going on or how many more minutes or hours and they will take care of you till they are finish. At least when I have a question somebody step in. But for the most part, it was ok. More

My advisor was friendly and said my repairs would take about 2-1/2 hours. Well after 3 hours I asked about my car. She said they had to get some parts from another dealer because they didn't have them. Lo about 2-1/2 hours. Well after 3 hours I asked about my car. Well I mentioned a loner and she said oh yes but I didn't think you would want one. We have a Camry is that OK. I said yes and got the heck out of there. I'm disappointed there was not better communication between my advisor. She could have kept me way better informed and offered a loaner a lot sooner that she did. More
