Went in because the rubber molding was missing on my windshield, about a 12 in area, on the bottom. All we can figure is it came that way and we never noticed. Truck is a year old. I mean really how often do you look at the bottom of your windshield that is covered by the hood?? Strangely didn't notice it cleaning it either. They said a mechanic must have done this, no one has worked on the truck but you for recalls. Then it must have been the previous owner, No, you were the previous owner, it's new. Anyhow my service rep was very nice. At least this time it does not appear that my console or glove box was gone through. I also had yet another recall due I found out while there and had it fixed. The roof brake light. So I noticed dirty hand prints and was disappointed. When home I discovered these weren't dirty hand prints, they were sticky glue prints. It took forever to get it off. It was on the hood, the side quarter panel, the door, the door handle, the back window, the framing around the back window. Did they swim in this stuff?? No I didn't want them touching it any further and besides by the time I got the truck back home, they were closing. I wasn't about to leave this stuff on there overnight. It's always something. Why can't people just take pride and be careful. I mean really, would they do this to their own car?? The molding on windshield it turns out it was tucked underneath the glass. I guess it came from the factory that way. I truly cannot see how it would have gotten like that any other way. They pried it out. it's loose but there. I am hoping with the summer heat it will shrink back down on it. More
The service writer was fine, but it took over 2 hours to get a battery replaced under warranty. Plus, they issued a laundry list of "upsell" recommended service, including wiper replacement for $100. Normally I have excellent service. Took my 2019 Tundra in for service and when I left the dealership I noticed a lot seemed wrong. When I arrived home almost every lug not was loose on all 4 wheels and in for service and when I left the dealership I noticed a lot seemed wrong. When I arrived home almost every lug not was loose on all 4 wheels and the steering wheel was shaking. We then were asked to come back due to a safety hazard and ended spending another 3 hours there. This is totally inexcusable. More
Very poor service by technicians. Came in for a recall service for a fuel pump replacement on 4Runner. Never had issues before, just wanted to get the recall taken care of preemptively. After about 20 miles of driving I noticed that the car wouldn’t accelerate after pressing gas pedal at a stop sign. Soon after a check engine light came on. It’s clear that their technicians do not pay attention to detail. They left my vehicle in a non working state after standard vehicle service. Would not recommend. More

I got to work with two advisors when I went for my service and everything was great and they both answered all my questions. All the services done to my truck we’re top notch.
