I spoke to my service advisor Thomas because 1hr and 20 minutes had passed for my routine (normally 35-45 minutes at my original dealer) and he then spoke to his manager, advisor Thomas because 1hr and 20 minutes had passed for my routine (normally 35-45 minutes at my original dealer) and he then spoke to his manager, David. David came over and I explained to me that they had a safety meeting scheduled. He was also nice enough to offer a complimentary service. This is how management solves problems that arise.
