When I decide to buy a new car, I went to different dealers and I finally check Toyota of Cerritos. The vendor was very nice and found the car I was locking for. The bad news we went with guy in charg dealers and I finally check Toyota of Cerritos. The vendor was very nice and found the car I was locking for. The bad news we went with guy in charge of the paper work, he offered me a lot warranties and on the beginning I accepted because I was exited by my new car. After I reviewed all paper work I realized most of the warranties had no sense , because my insurance cover them. I went to the dealer ship and I ask for they remove these warranties, they said I need to wait 45 days to be removed. I wait for 75 day and call to accounting department but only some was removed. I still calling and they said I CAN'T cancel these warranties . Now I have car valued $28000.00 and I have to pay 51000.00 because the dealer offer something you don't need it. They are a fraud.
