I've been doing internet shopping for a couple weeks trying to get my hands on the heavy metal Crown Limited with the tech package and each dealership either had these models overpriced from the MSRP or trying to get my hands on the heavy metal Crown Limited with the tech package and each dealership either had these models overpriced from the MSRP or simply didn't have the model and tried to sell me a different one. Brayan, the internet sales rep went out of his way to find the vehicle, get it delivered to the dealership, and kept the price reasonable. In addition, he started this process at 8 in the morning and stayed there until I left around 7:30pm. That is true commitment. A truly awesome experience! Thank you so much for helping me find the car I wanted at a reasonable price! More
Usually I bring my truck for service and my visits have been every 4 or 5 months, always have to spend 2 or 3 hours there. This time as i was leaving the service area, i realized their crew damaged the p been every 4 or 5 months, always have to spend 2 or 3 hours there. This time as i was leaving the service area, i realized their crew damaged the passenger window on my truck. When returned to the check in area, they had ne waiting for 20 minutes before someone came over just to tell me that i had to wait again 2 or 3 hours in order to get a diagnostic on the window. Instead of helping me out, the advisor told me that the window had a problem prior driving in...I hat how they take a lot of our time and still have an arrogant attitude like if we were begging for charity or something. WE ARE THE BUSINESS, AND THEY SHOULD KNOW THAT WITHOUT US THEY WILL GO DOWN. More

We arrived at dealer Autonation Toyota in Cerritos at around 8:30pm because of a vehicle that was seen online. When I arrived your sales person Ali helped me and was great that day. He showed me the truc around 8:30pm because of a vehicle that was seen online. When I arrived your sales person Ali helped me and was great that day. He showed me the trucks you had on the lot then I asked him about the 2016 Silver Chevrolet Silverado LTZ ZR1. Ali at first couldn’t find it but returned shortly after finding the key. He pressed the button on the remote and found the vehicle up on the second or third floor of parking structure. Ali took us up there and showed us the vehicle and told us it was still going through reconditioning. I told him I wanted the truck, Ali said its yours I just need you to sign a pricing contract approving the price of 39K out the door. I told him I was ready to buy right then and there but said he couldn’t since it hadn’t gone through recon yet. I then told Ali that if it wasn’t ready by Monday the 20th I couldn’t pick it up until March 29th when I returned from a trip. Ali stated no problem the truck is yours, I am a man of my word, the truck will not be sold to anyone else. I spoke to Ali the next day and let him know that I had the check in hand and was ready to pick up the truck. Ali advised that the truck was still reconditioning and wouldn’t be ready. I said ok do you want me to bring down the check and Ali stated no you don’t need to do that it’s your truck and it won’t be sold. Ali then reached out to me on Wednesday and said your truck will be ready tomorrow Thursday but don’t worry it’s safe, have a great vacation. Now fast forward to Wednesday March 29th. I arrive home around 5pm. We are getting ready to head to the dealer when I get a TEXT message at 5:30pm from Ali stating, Hi, It’s Ali with Autonation Cerritos, I followed up on the truck and we need to pick a different one. I was able to locate an LT but I know you are wanting an LTZ. Are you open to colors? Please let me know. He sent me a text message didn’t have the xxxxx to call me and say we sold the truck that you signed a contract for. I immediately call him and he is already stuttering on the phone. I asked him what was going on and he states oh um in the reconditioning process um well I don’t really know um. I then said what you sold my truck? He stated um no um I’m not sure I’ll have to see why you can’t buy it. I was furious and stated I thought you were a man of your word how can you sell a vehicle that is mine? I was getting nowhere with Ali, so I ended the call with him and called the dealer directly. I asked for the Manager/General Manager and the person on the phone said that’s me. I proceeded to tell this person my story. He was surprised by my issue. He asked me for all the information on the truck and the information of the person who helped me. He said let me investigate and call you back. He called and stated ok the truck is still here and just finished reconditioning but was sold last night. I then said how was reconditioning just finished when Ali told me it was done last Thursday? He didn’t have an answer to that. I then asked him how my truck sold when I signed a price contract with you dealer? He said well someone jumped the gun and sold it. I said well then unsell it and xxxx of the customer that should never have had a chance to buy it. Manager said I’m sorry we can’t do that contract has already been signed and sent to DMV. I then said well I signed a contract of some sort with you also. He stated well that’s not really a contract. I then asked him wasn’t there a message in the system saying it was pending a sale. He said yes it did. I again asked how could it have been sold to someone else then. He said I’m not sure. I then asked well how was this person that bought it able to purchase it if reconditioning was just completed today 3/29/2023 but I couldn’t process my payment until after reconditioning and he couldn’t give me an answer. I then let him know that I had already purchased aftermarket items for the truck they sold out from under me. He didn’t respond to More
