Initially there was a mix up about the price of checking the vehicle for problems. The service agent was able to explain about this, and assured me of what would be done to find the issue that I was experi the vehicle for problems. Visited this dealership looking for an inexpensive used car to add as a second vehicle and the salesman was very nice and knowledgeable and helpful, he helped us find something that was within budget, the car to add as a second vehicle and the salesman was very nice and knowledgeable and helpful, he helped us find something that was within budget, the dealership personnel is another story. 1st of all they do not answer the phone when customers call, I was placed on hold at least 4 times then hung up on, I was transferred to the wrong department 3 times and then no one picked up the phone poor poor poor customer service More

This is my 1st experience with a Toyota Service center and was relieved that their process was smooth and efficient. My only critique would be the lack of communication regarding their shuttle service. and was relieved that their process was smooth and efficient. Their representative did not communicate until almost an hour of waiting to provide feedback regarding their shuttle limitations/process. It was a Friday before a holiday and I was trying to be mindful by waiting patiently to be called. I don't anticipate this happening again now that I am familiar with their guidelines. More

This service center is amazing! My service advisor was so nice, and they provided competitive prices and options for my car. I really appreciate all of their efforts. Even though it took a lot of time due to Saturday congestion, there is a rest area in this building with a bunch of snacks and beverages. I could wait without being bored. I am really satisfied with their services, and I will definitely come again! More

My service advisor was GREAT, Daniel Araujo! I don’t know why I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a tire rotation when I had an appointment. That’s basically all they do on your first 6 month service. I inquired about locking lug nuts for my tires and was told $125. I went to the parts department at they were $41. I’m just always SURPRISED at the ridiculous amounts that are charged for little things. That is basically just putting on 1 (ONE) different lug nut on each tire! IT’S CRAZY to me. Needless to say I skipped the purchase. But Daniel was AWESOME! More
