Absolutely horrible customer service. I was lied to on the phone by a salesman who just wanted a sale and tried to put me off buying until the next day he worked. I drove to the dealer anyway to find out the car was available, was out on a test drive when they sold the car to someone else out from underneath me. I had my financing in line and was ready to purchase when they said someone is buying it already. Can’t begin to express how horrible of a feeling that was. No sympathy at all from anyone, just a boo hoo cry me a river feeling as we left empty handed after driving for 30 min to buy the car. More
