We had a good experience and didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. We came in for one specific vehicle- gave it a good look, went for a test drive and purchased. We were there for 4 hours. In fact, once the mechanic got into the vehicle, one item did not need to be performed at that time so they removed that service and reducing my expected bill by 40%.
