He did the stereotypical thing sales people do: he acted friendly when he was trying to sell me additions (extended warranty, maintenance plan, etc.) then when he realized I wasn’t going to buy anything he was pretty rude and short with me. For someone who claims to be doing it for 27 years, he has little empathy for the person spending their hard earned cash on a car, likely the second largest expense in most people’s life. All in all, I’d ask for Brayan as a sales person, but ask for a different finance manager if you’re paired with Eric. More

We were sold a used car that was unsafe to drive - no bolts in the calipers. We returned the vehicle, as there were many more problems that this, including torn struts. We had specifically asked about th bolts in the calipers. We returned the vehicle, as there were many more problems that this, including torn struts. We had specifically asked about the struts and the service manger said they were in great condition. Either he wasn’t honest or he didn’t actually check. Because of the issue of no bolts we had to have the car towed back. Toyota Cerritos seemed very unconcerned with the whole matter, and they did not offer to take responsibility for the tow. The whole experience felt scummier than the worst used car place I could imagine. We are stunned and certainly won’t return. I’m just grateful no one in my family was hurt as we drove that car and sincerely hope they fix the issues before putting someone else’s life in danger. More
