Service was nice, yet with an appointment it took 2 1/2 hours for a oil change. Would like to see free coffee or ice water. Huntington Beach Toyota has a free soda fountain,specialty coffees and hot chocol hours for a oil change. Would like to see free coffee or ice water. I was frustrated, I bought a 2021 18,000 mi. Honda Accord in Oct 2022 at this Toyota dealership. I brought my car in for 5000 mi basic car servicing which was under warranty. Because it Honda Accord in Oct 2022 at this Toyota dealership. I brought my car in for 5000 mi basic car servicing which was under warranty. Because it was a Honda at Toyota dealer, they were refusing to service my car. I had to insist on them to do the servicing, and then only with a managers approval did they do the basic service.
