CERRITOS IS OK DEALER BUT I HEARD ABOUT OTHERS BEING BETTER. IT WOULD ALSO BE NICE IF THEY WOULD WASH YOUR CAR AFTER SERVICE. ALSO ONE EMPLOYEE AT THE PARTS COUNTER WAS VERY LAZY. I had a very consistent car problem that no other mechanic was able to solve. I was told it was best to take it to the dealer. I’m glad I listened! I brought it to AutoNation Toyota Cerritos on Ju mechanic was able to solve. I was told it was best to take it to the dealer. I’m glad I listened! I brought it to AutoNation Toyota Cerritos on June 23rd and they fixed it, and a month later it broke down again. On July 23rd I brought it in again for the same issue and they fixed it for the 2nd time, unfortunately it broke down again on August 23rd. For the 3rd time I took it they went the extra mile and found the culprit! My car had a bad electrical wire that was damaged by some body work that was done a few months back. I’m great full for the dedication and attention that was given to fix my vehicle. Thank you AutoNation Toyota Cerritos team! More
