Not very satisfied. I had an 8am appointment for a routine oil change and tire rotation, which took 3 hours!! I don't understand why then did I receive so many reminders I had an 8am appointment for a routine oil change and tire rotation, which took 3 hours!! Not 1 call to let me know what the status was on my service, or how much longer I would have to wait, instead I had to go look for the person that helped me to find out how much longer I would have to wait. My truck was at the dealership for about 4-5months. When they finished it was filthy. The tab was $7,100. I was given an estimate of $5,100.
