Mr. Nevarez is an awesome! He is always upfront with me what services are needed for my Highlander. He would go over the price for each service, and if they find something else that needs to be done during what services are needed for my Highlander. Furthermore, he would estimate the waiting time for me and always emphasize of trying to get me the shortness waiting time.
