I recently bought a 2024 Camry from AutoNation Toyota Cerritos. My experience was outstanding. The team displayed courtesy, integrity, transparency, exceptional knowledge, and price competitiveness. There was no pressure or overselling at any point. The Toyota Cerritos facility is spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Despite the past few years of inventory challenges, I was relieved to see the adjacent lot with many new and preowned vehicles. The team at AutoNation Toyota Cerritos are truly professionals. During my visit, I watched the care and guidance given to other potential buyers, which gave me a feeling of confidence. My sales representative, Hussein, listened to what I wanted, heard my concerns and nuances, and helped me find the right car, which will be primarily driven by my wife. Hussein was outstanding! He made the entire process smooth and easy, displaying patience and understanding, while answering my endless questions, Hussein went beyond expectations with his service and expertness. Most importantly, he followed up with me after the sale and made sure I was happy with my (my wife’s) car. He also scheduled additional time to provide my wife with a thorough demonstration of the features and functions of the Camry, which are amazing. There are so many new features that require additional education. All worth it! A special thanks to Tom, one of the managers, who was also responsive and attentive. He helped with excellent pricing and provided the highest value on my trade-in. This was one of the few times I experienced a dealership whose management was very transparent and fair. At least in my car buying experience. I also want to acknowledge Eric, a Toyota expert, who worked tirelessly to get me the best financing options. He explained everything in detail and helped assure I was adhering to my budget requirements. Eric was courteous, amiable, and respectful.
