A little backstory how we ended up here in Toyota so my mom wanted to get an Infiniti but they were so rude at the door but mind you our credit wasn't the best and we didn't have a down payment so we decided to go give Toyota a shot right across the street. First as you walk in Carlos greeted us and he was just a cheerful person to actually talk to not rude or disrespectful we told him our budget and our situation he said no problem that he can work with it so getting the perfect car and in our correct budget we were able to leave with the Toyota Corolla awesome car. Few months have passed by and I decided to get a car for myself. Before I went to Toyota I decided to go to our neighborhood Honda and I had the worst experience there. So I decided to call Carlos and he was free today telling me he can work with my budget and gave me an awesome car that I fell in love with that falls in my budget. I was able to walk out of there with a 2022 Chevy SUV and boy this car is amazing almost brand new in my budget of $450 a month. Now I want to give another shout out to Rafael the finance rep 🎉🎉🎉 I know my car is pre-owned and he did give me the best prices for warranty and it was still in my budget I was like oh my God that is so awesome because in the event if the car breaks down it's fully warranty they have made me the happiest person in the world because truthfully this is my first car I ever purchased at a dealer and that's why they deserve a five-star rating. They have gained our trust. I will not pick any other dealer but this dealer to return to for my future cars. The best part is they don't force you or try to negotiate with you to getting top of the line cars they believe in customer service and getting a suitable car that's in your budget that you're not stressing down the line to keep up with any payments.
