didn't want to buy tires for $1100 so the service advisor and the person that gave me the quote for the tires made me wait for my longer then I should have. I arrived at 9::16am I left at 131pm my car was and the person that gave me the quote for the tires made me wait for my longer then I should have. I figured my car was ready so I walked over and ask the service advisor was my car ready He said no . I said ok. My car was just sitting in the customer parking lot for another 2 hours. I went back over and said hay bro my not ready it has been sitting in the parking lot for 2 hours.
