The experience was overall very good. No pressure and had a great trade in deal. Michael was great and explained everything. Couple things that could be better was we saw the sticker price and the when we sat down, all of a sudden there was added cost for added items like some extra coating, and extra for carpet cleaning that was added to sticker price bumpy like $3k. The other thing was signing took a long time. We recently bought a Prius at another Toyota and there was less waiting. Lastly we did not get our full paperwork such as the trade-in release that the financial person said was in our envelope but wasn’t. I called and after 10 days, no return call yet. More
