It is an excellent dealership. I love to go there; it has always been helpful, but I only have one complaint about the last diagnosis that cost me almost $2000. The diagnosis was wrong by too many mechanics outside the dealership. I fixed what the diagnosis was saying, and the problem was still there, I fixed the breaks and the sounds started when I came back they told me it was the wheel bearing and it was not because I changed it twice and the problem is still there. Our mini was cleaned up nicely and buying it was not the "dreaded" chore that it can be when buying a car. Nothing was pushed on us, and there were no hard sales tactics. I came to Toyota Cerritos because I needed and Oil change. The last time I came here about 6 months ago I really liked their service. We found the same person that took care of us the last time and he change. The last time I came here about 6 months ago I really liked their service. The Service Advisor is Oswaldo Zamora, he really knows his job and explains everything that you need to know about your car and the service that he thinks is needed based on the history of maintenance that's on the computer.
