I took my car to fix several factory failures and without any notification, they took my car multiple times to an upholstery shop in the back of a car wash that did not have any Toyota credentials, additiona any notification, they took my car multiple times to an upholstery shop in the back of a car wash that did not have any Toyota credentials, additionally, I had to continue taking my car because it would be presenting problems after the repairs made by the Dealer. I will never take my car to this dealer for any service again. More

Sorry it’s a long one, but if you’re considering buying from here, it’s good food for thought. Purchased a Tacoma on 11/26. As a part of deal we were to receive a check in return for $2,000.00 “within 7 from here, it’s good food for thought. Purchased a Tacoma on 11/26. As a part of deal we were to receive a check in return for $2,000.00 “within 7-10 days”. We were told the traded vehicle needed to be paid first. The trade in vehicle was paid by Toyota Finance on 11/28. A few days later, I inquired regarding the status of the check and was told it would be another 7-10 days because they have “strict policies” to follow and the they need to have the title from the traded vehicle before they could issue a check. On 12/18, we received a letter from the DMV stating “LEGAL OWNER AN TOYOTA CERRITOS 18700 STUDEBAKER RD CERRITOS CA 90703”. At this point, nobody was returning calls, emails or texts. When I did finally reach a manger on 12/19 (not any of the ones I was dealing with…thank you for being off from work that day guys), he was able to tell me the check was being made and mailed out that day. The check finally arrived on 12/26 not quite 7-10 days. Also, not for $2,000, but $1,967 and some change. As a side note, corporate Toyota doesn’t care about their brand or how their customers are treated at dealerships, since they said, “dealers are independently owned and operated, you have to deal with them directly, thank you for calling Toyota”. There were many other false promises of follow up phone calls and texts. Not even the GM could answer an email. Four days after I replied to his auto-generated email requesting my opinion of the service I received, someone else replied and was just as helpless as the other two managers and the salesperson. Apparently, it all starts at the top. BTW, I haven’t mentioned any names on purpose, I don’t feel that’s necessary and will give them their privacy. Sorry for the long read. Time to head over to everyplace I can think of to leave this review so that future customers don’t have to deal with this place or at least if you do, now you‘re in the know. Sad part is, this was our third Toyota from here, but there will never be a fourth. More
Your service sales associate that helped me. She was direct, courteous, understanding, helpful, and can explain when I asked questions and to let me understand the process I watched her demeanor She was direct, courteous, understanding, helpful, and can explain when I asked questions and to let me understand the process I watched her demeanor and work ethics. I was in all I was wow The process of helping a customer that does not understand the process. I was grateful if she was an employee of mine, I would bump her race. I would give her a bonus, and I would be happy that she is helping me out at my company but she’s there at Toyota, and she’s doing a great job for you guys and for the company you have a diamond in the rough if you don’t see it, Jesus Robledo out More
This was my first time buying a car (2024 Rav4 Hybrid) and I've heard many horror stories from multiple people about sales pressure, harassments, and low inventory/long wait times. I'm happy to report that Brian Tan and his manager, Billy, did none of that. I am also the meticulous type of person that will ask a million questions before I feel comfortable making a decision. Not only did Brian kindly answer all of my questions, he showed and taught me features about the car that I didn't even know about. He took his time and never made me feel rushed, even though I was taking up a lot of his time. He also was kind enough to hold the car for me, despite there being a lot of people wanting to check out the car. For a couple hours, I was even considering the XLE, and he even attempted to source one/a couple for me from different dealerships. Eventually, I decided on the LE. Price was the biggest factor for me, and I appreciated that Billy, Brian's manager, quickly recognized that and did what he could for me during price negotiations. Once I decided to purchase the car, I was handed off to Gregory in financing. Gregory literally made my day. I can tell he is a people person. We had a lot of paperwork and information to get through, and I was very anxious, and he made me feel very comfortable and made sure I understood all of the options that were available to me. He had a very present and calming energy, and made me feel like a person versus a transaction. He taught me about maintenance things/timing that I should be aware of, a few new CA laws, and kept it real when it came to what was worth spending money on for packages. I was also very amused at his office decorations (especially the TOYODA artwork), and ate quite a few of the candies on his desk. He made the whole process seem like a friendly and informative conversation, rather than a business deal. It really felt like he was looking out for me and wanted to make sure I had a good experience in financing and also when I drove away with my new car. Overall, I had a great experience, and would recommend anyone working with Brian, Billy, and Gregory. More
I came to get a oil change for my car. I was told it would take 2 hours. It was completed in 1 1/2 hours and the representative Ozzy called me to let me know it was done.
