Very Bad Service I took my car in for service and they LIED to me telling me I need additional work done. NOT TRUE, little did they know I had just replaced my battery I took my car in for service and they LIED to me telling me I need additional work done. NOT TRUE, little did they know I had just replaced my battery. I took my car to where I bought the battery and it was at 100%, I then took my car to a couple other places to have the battery checked and AGAIN it was in great condition and was at 100%. These guys are LIARS and thief's trying to get you to have repairs that don't need. More

Amazingly, in this age with easy access to online car sources, it was incredible that some dealerships refused to post carfax reports on their websites; thus, it was refreshing to be able to access the carfax report easily and for free on the Toyota Cerritos website. Josh Yoo was very helpful and listened to what I wanted in a car. He helped make the buying process fun and personable. I felt respected throughout the whole process; at no point did either Josh or Mehir (finance guy) try to pressure me into buying something I didn't want. Awesome experience at this dealership! More

My bad experience is dropping off my truck for airbag recall , my truck has no any single ding it has minor scratch on front bumper so after I pick it up in the afternoon there is a huge scratch on the left front corner so I complain the scratch the manager said she will review the video , she call me the following day and she said that the scratch is there when I drop off my truck. Can you believe that I'm not asking to replace the bumper or repaint the whole bumper all I'm asking is wax or buff the scratch. Stay away from this dealer take your business somewhere else More
