This was our first experience with an Autonation dealership. We have always been a Toyota family and had amazing experiences with other Toyota dealerships in the past. Unfortunately, this time aroun dealership. We have always been a Toyota family and had amazing experiences with other Toyota dealerships in the past. Unfortunately, this time around our experience was not as great. It is hard to say if it was the dealership in general or if it was due to the current car buying climate. While we understand vehicles are limited right now due to the shortage, little was done to provide us with an adequate understanding of the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. We purchased a 2021 Sienna which is brand new to us and as well as the dealership due to the recent redesign. We were given no orientation to any of the features or mechanisms of the vehicle. We were not provided with the final inspection/walk around as we have with our other vehicles in the past. And once home, despite being informed that we could contact them should we have any follow-up needs, they have failed to respond to our inquiries regarding an issue with the vehicle (which could have easily been addressed on site had the inspection been performed). Overall we were disappointed with our experience and are not likely to return to this particular dealer. We just did not feel like they valued us or our business once the sale had been made. More

Purchased a use car and needed some electrical repair. Was told come back next week and parts would be ready for repair. That didn’t happen. They keep car for three days. Wasn’t finished because they needed to order another part which they knew was already needed. Said come Monday to finish repair. Was told I would get call to set the time to come in. Didn’t get a call and I had to call on Wednesday asking for status. Told to come in anytime Friday today but experience with them told me to call. Was told come in and it’ll take an hour to repair well two hours later my child is still waiting for it. I can’t recommend buying a used car here. Said part is this was my child’s first car heading into college. They should have repaired what they knew was wrong before marketing it for sale. Both the sales person and manager acknowledge it and good that they didn’t try to have us pay for it. More
