Service rep, Stephanie was great very polite, but the person she shares office (Carlos) was rude over talking her I could not her what she was saying, I was bothered by that , I was asking her questions person she shares office (Carlos) was rude over talking her I could not her what she was saying, I was bothered by that , I was asking her questions on when the new cars coming in and seems like no one had any information , I mention would like to maybe to a trade in (clueless) look anyway its ok I'll go elsewhere , I always feel since I didn't buy my car from here I'm treated differently , probably my last visit anyway More
