I wish to commend service advisor Anthony Nevarez. He listened attentively to the service I felt I needed and offered his professional advise without pressure. As the wait progressed, he kept me apprised of progress. As I paid for my service, he went ahead and had my car ready for pick up. He escorted me out and made sure I was safely behind the wheel. When i brought my truck in for a recall they said, they would do a complimentary inspection, which included the battery. Within 2 weeks the battery failed, which makes me wonder if the really checked it, o would do a complimentary inspection, which included the battery.
