Jose went over OTD costs with us and even provided us with a written estimate. We returned the morning of 02-19-22 to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. Salesman Brian Columbia was exceptional, he took his time to explain all functions of this use Toyota Avalon even though it was over 10 years old, he spent over an hours with my mother and I explaining each operation to her being careful and patient answering her questions. Brian was a delight to work with. He made us feel special as if we were purchasing a New vehicle. He offered us snacks and beverage while we waited to complete our paperwork. he also followed up with two phone calls and an email to answer additional questions and ensure we were happy with our purchase. This is the best vehicle purchase I've ever had and I have purchased from Porsche and Lexus. AutoNation is fortunate to have these two outstanding and friendly professionals on their team. My first time at this dealership. Service Representative was on point. Only complaint is when I got my sienna van back and got home. I noticed new and deep scratches. I know it would be a big dispute and no proof when it happend. The sienna is my weekend car and I barely drive it and I do have OCD and notice every little detail in my van. I believe the service techs or porters scratched the heck out of my car when the park the car for service and park the car. More

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I was quoted a price over the phone and when I got there the price was 4x more than what was quoted. What made it worse was the servicer had a white I was quoted a price over the phone and when I got there the price was 4x more than what was quoted. What made it worse was the servicer had a white claw displayed as well as his AirPods in. When I called to cancel my service I was told that they had let the servicer know and when I went to pick up my car, he didn’t know and it ended up getting serviced. Then I had found out the price that I was gonna pay was for RECOMMENDED service but not once did they tell me that the services they are about to do was recommended and I only needed the oil change. The final thing that happened was that when my mother said this price was too expensive, the servicer said to her “WELL THATS THE PRICE.” I will never be coming back to here. So disrespectful and unprofessional and they didn’t even care More
