We love the vehicle we purchased and felt no pressure or sales pitch. He allowed us to just look and answered the questions we had. We knew the price range we needed to stay in and he honored that. Signing the docs was odd, the loan officer, though nice enough and he ended up getting a better price for financing, but we had to shout over one another because of him blasting his music! Good thing we're cool, otherwise that could have blown a sale for the sales guy. Overall, great experience though. More

Most service advisors are inexperienced. Services are offered with no real need, leaving the feeling of being taken advantage of. Cafe needs MAJOR improvement. I've had my Lexus RX 350 for 4 weeks now, and am absolutely thrilled with it. Salesman Calvin Kalonda was extremely helpful, and understood how serious of a decision this was for me. He did not pressure or push me, but rather served as an advisor throughout the entire process. My previous car was a Corolla from AutoNation Buena Park, and I knew I was sticking with an AutoNation Toyota dealership. I only serviced that Corolla at the dealership, and plan to do the same with my RX 350. I'm thankful to Calvin and management for treating me like family.
