I had a scheduled appointment for service and waited 5 hours for a 20000 mile complimentary service. I was told by my service advisor Steve that it would only take 2 hours at most. I waited patiently but when I asked for the status of my car I couldn't get a firm answer other than let me check with the technician. When I finally got my car, there was no receipt of the work that took place, Steve said I didn't need it then apologized. Extremely frustrating as a customer! More
