I’m thoroughly satisfied with services AutoNation Buena Park’s service department has performed on my 2021 Toyota Highlander for many reasons. First of all, they have sent me both emails and first class ma Park’s service department has performed on my 2021 Toyota Highlander for many reasons. First of all, they have sent me both emails and first class mails with consistent reminders to bring my Highlander in for several services it needed to have done on it. With these reminders I could very easily make an appointment via a telephone call. When I brought my car in at the time of my appointment, I was cordially greeted by a kind and well-explaining service advisor Mr. Sang Choi, who was very professional in greeting me with a big smile and willing to listen to what I was bringing my Highlander in for. He thoroughly took detailed note of all 4 problems I had with my Highlander and explained what AN Toyota service department would do to resolve those problems and even told me approximately when/at what time my vehicle would be ready to be picked up after all necessary works would be performed and done. He even told me he was going to give me a call when my vehicle would be ready to be picked up after checking my contact phone number on AN Buena Park’s file was correct and still current. When I told him I was promised of a ride back to my home when I called and made a service appointment 2 days prior. The service advisor quickly responded to my request for a lift back home, he arranged a Lyft ride back to my home. After only a few minutes of waiting in their customer waiting lobby I was picked up by a Lyft driver and dropped off at my home in no time. When all necessary repair works were performed and completed and my Highlander was ready to be picked up, the service advisor called me promptly to notify me of the completion of the necessary repair services. Because I was at my office at work, I couldn’t answer his call; but he left a succinct message on my voicemail. I was quite busy that I couldn’t call him back right away to let him know that I got his message he left on my voicemail. Then he called me and left 2 subsequent messages on my voicemail in order to just make sure I got his messages he left earlier. When he called me 4th time, I was able to answer his call. When I went to AN Buena Park to pick up my vehicle, Mr. Sang Choi once again very thoroughly but succinctly explained what necessary service works were performed and how my vehicle’s performance was improved noticeably. He even told me what he and his service technicians found out about what could be causing two of the functional problems my vehicle had and how they worked on the problems to resolve them. Before handing me a copy of a service completion paperwork I just signed, the service advisor made one more gesture of cordiality and kindness by handing me a coupon for a complimentary car wash. I was very quickly convinced that I should bring my Highlander in to AN Buena Park service department for all of my future problems and repair services. What an excellent and pleasant visit to a vehicle service department it turned out to be!!! More
