On Jan 31, 2023, I took my 2021 RAV4 for Complementary Service for brand new cars. While checking in, the Service Adviser asked me if I needed Wheel Alignment even before the Technician had inspected the Service for brand new cars. While checking in, the Service Adviser asked me if I needed Wheel Alignment even before the Technician had inspected the car. I DECLINED since it had only 6,000 miles Plus and I did not noticed uneven wear of my tires nor does it pull to left nor right when running. After several days I received an 2 email from the Dealership asking me to schedule for Wheel Alignment as identified by Toyota Certified Technician as essential. However, the final Inspection Report by the Technician did not mention anything about the need of WHEEL ALIGNMENT. The word in the report that said "DECLINED WHEEL ALIGNMENT" was written by the Service Adviser and not by the Service Technician. Are Service Adviser trained to ask this question to In-coming customers? Toyota should be telling (not asking) Customers when they need Alignment. This practice could be DECEIVING to customers who know nothing about cars. . More

My service advisor was about 20 minutes late coming to work. I had a 7:00 appointment and waited an inordinate amount of time before my vehicle finally was taken in. No apologies were offered. Have only bought one vehicle here, but have dealt with service department many times over the years. I always had exceptional and quick service until last year, when I had a not so great experience during service department many times over the years. I always had exceptional and quick service until last year, when I had a not so great experience during their remodel. I went back this year to give them another try, and had a much better experience. My service tech Robert was very friendly and helpful. It did take longer than I expected, and I was disappointed that only one of the two recalls were fixed (which means another trip back) because they didn't have parts. Overall though, a better experience than before. More
