Negative experience during my visit. I found a good deal on an oil change so I made a 7am Saturday appointment for an oil change and alignment. I arrived before the dealer opened (was about the 5th car). Service took 4 hours, after which I was told that my vehicle had an issue with the brake booster and it will be repaired under a recall campaign. Another hour later I had a rental and was on my way a little after 1pm. 5 days later my car was ready. I noticed oil stains in a few areas so I decided to wash my car, at which point I found multiple scratches on my hood, damage/chemical burns on my headlight ,wiper arm and was missing a wiper bolt cover. I spoke with my adviser and was told that he was going to forward my issues, I did not hear back after a few days so I called again and spoke with another adviser and was instructed to take my vehicle in. Second visit was just short of 4 hours and the only thing done was semi clean off the chemical burns. They did not have the wiper cover in stock and the hood scratches were not taken care of, I was told I can leave my car to be polished and paint corrected another day when the missing part arrives. It has now been a week and no call for the missing part. I ended up having my headlights restored and buying the missing part myself from another Toyota dealer. Needless to say, I will never be going back to Buena Park Toyota. More

Martin Miller has been my service manager for 13 years. Since I am giving my Rav4 to my daughter my service appointment was my last one with Martin. He has been terrific to work with. Hello, I was prompted to come in for my 70K maintenance appointment. The service staff tried to charge me $600 for my maintenance appointment. I thought my 70K service would be covered with my maintenance appointment. The service staff tried to charge me $600 for my maintenance appointment. I thought my 70K service would be covered with my extended warranty, but the service advisor ROBERTO BIBRISCA was adamant my extended warranty was finished even though I have paperwork that says otherwise. I refused to pay the $600 and asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with Christopher K Cortez who still made me pay $320 for the service. I believe I was ripped off for paying for a service that should have been covered under my extended warranty. The staff was unprofessional in the way they handled my service appointment. This service center in Buena Park has always tried to upsell me and get me to buy into extra services but this time I believe they took it too far. If Toyota values the customer I am hoping this customer survey reaches the right hands and something is done to better train the staff at this service center location. More
