I was looking for a car online and saw one that was all the way in Valencia. Luckily we called and the managers Chandler and Michael were able to arrange for the vehicle to be picked up from the Valencia d the way in Valencia. Once we were notified that the car had arrived in Buena Park, we find out Ed F. Was the salesperson who went to get the car for us so we wanted to work with him. Immediately we knew we made the right decision in sitting down and getting numbers with Ed since he was very communicative and transparent, was willing to do multiple test drives and I really just a solid salesman that I would recommend to my close friends and family. We were wrapping things up and were handed off to Eric in finance who was also great and thorough with explaining everything we were signing. Thank you so much Buena Park Toyota team!
