I ordered my 2022 Camry SE Hybrid as per their website features and price. After 9 weeks of waiting, I received and closed the order, but with disappointment. The dealer added more features of which I d features and price. After 9 weeks of waiting, I received and closed the order, but with disappointment. The dealer added more features of which I did not order and like which added more price on top of the MSRP. It took few more weeks before they scheduled the added accessories to be installed. The service advisor did not greet or say anything and just proceeded to look at my new car for the service. I have to ask his name because there was an issue with the first schedule made of which my schedule was not written in their work order and my one hour drive to the dealership was wasted. I have to initiate call to verify if the job is done because of not mentioned free rental that I went to get. I will not recommend this dealership or service because I saw no sign of customer being valued. The service advisor was rude, the employees don't acknowledge you until you initiate the talk. More

I dropped off my 2015 Highlander for an oil change. I was told that the technician recommended a gear oil and break oil change. I declined this offer because it was way too pricey. I called Roberto towards the end of the day and he promised to call me back, but I did not hear from Roberto or AutoNation Toyota that day or the next day. I was called to pick up my vehicle on the third day!! My vehicle was smelling funny and they didn't bother to wash or sanitize it. I felt their attitude changed as soon as I refused the offers for the break oil and gear oil change that they offered. I will stickd to AutoNation BMW Beauna Park. Better staff and custmer service.
