Waited too long considering I had an appointment. I had to call in after 4 hours to find out my car was ready. Was handed my keys at pick up with no instructions on how to get out around the constru I had to call in after 4 hours to find out my car was ready. Was handed my keys at pick up with no instructions on how to get out around the construction. Not that I should expect it but eye contact, an occasional smile and a show of customer care would be nice. But I understand. These service qualities are reserved for customers BUYING a car. More
