I've previously worked with Service Advisor Manny Valdivia for major service maintenance, tire installation and most recently a front brakes replacement on my Tacoma. Manny has conducted himself in a courteous, honest and professional manner every time. He should be recognized for his excellent work° However, I must note that the construction currently underway there is taking an awful long time to complete and is very disruptive to the smooth operation of this dealership. It's gone past a year now and the remodel contractor isn't close to completing their work yet. Otherwise I would've given a 5 Star rating. More
