Arrived on time for appointment but waited 1 hour before service advisor checked in my vehicle. Several other vehicles and guests who arrived after me were served immediately, but I was left helpless. Servi service advisor checked in my vehicle. Service advisor eventually appeared and was frazzled and disoriented, as if unaware of my appointment. Later on, I called the operator for an update on my service and was told my advisor would call me back with an update, but did not receive a follow up. Please train your advisors on how to provide customer service to guests. I will not be returning back to this dealer, since I do not want to experience this poor service again. More
